Xeon E7 motherboard question
 

building a 'new' system here. Main intention is the CAD design machine for my 3d printer and run LLR on background.

now for the cad a high clocked i7 would be fastest. But for the LLR...

Of course want to select 2nd hand cpu's for this.

What i see on ebay is this:

So intel xeon QK5C ES 2.0 intended engineering sample for the E7-8870 V4 cpu.

Is there 'cheap motherboards' 1 or 2 socket that can run this one or am i doomed if i would buy this cpu and would i need an expensive thousands of dollars noisy barebone with 4 or 8 sockets?
