That guy's a genius! Thanks for sharing it.
But don't laugh much, he gave few ideas to Nvidia already, so expect to see next cards evolving in a similar way. :razz:

(edit, on the good side, the 8 fans pushing air in, and only 4 getting it out, we just discussed about the pressure inside the case, more molecules of air/coolant dispersing the heat away, etc; on the bad side, the hot air exhausted inside the case; on the good side, taking in the high voltage power, this makes it independent and reduces the cost of your PSU, cabling, etc, on the bad side, the price of the card itself will increase a lot with such trick, think all the power mosfets inside the house, needs lots of EMC testing, insulation, [URL="https://www.protoexpress.com/blog/importance-pcb-line-spacing-creepage-clearance/"]creepage[/URL], safety approvals, etc., it should be a hell of a design...)
