A=5 from line 1. 3+2=A...A=5
B=2 from line 2. 6+6=12...B=2; carry the 1
C=1 from line 2. 1+C=B...C=1

If I had to shoot in the dark, I'd go for Johann Sebastian Bach. If that is wrong, I'm quite sure it is a person from the same epoch (because of the wig).
