My cousin Connie got engaged today. I'm extremely happy for her!

Yay, I'm not crazy

I recently discovered that Coventry is a real place, which made me a worried American since I'd assumed it was the British term for purgatory. Turns out, sending a person to Coventry is a British saying that means to ostracize someone.

So, once again, the paranoid in paranoid schizophrenia proves to be very appropriate.

My 500th lifetime LL test completed on 2013-04-20 21:16. It was an assignment that I had been holding for a while - 961.6 days old at completion - a test of M46117327. Alas, 'twas not prime.

My first LL completion back in 2002 was M14941313.

Amazingly, only 500 LLs is good enough to be in the 98%ile lifetime.

A friend of mine is on this show:

This should appeal to some of the folks here.

Uncwilly 2013-05-09 00:14

I am now solidly in the top 100 P-1'ers for the last year and will be in the top 200 lifetime by the end of the week.

petrw1 2013-05-09 04:55

Reclaimed 90%+ in all 6 categories lifetime.
Including 2x98% and 2x100%.

Aiming for ditto in the last year before the year is out

petrw1 2013-05-17 17:47

10,000 LL in 2013 and in GPU72.
My Ivy reached 5,000 GhzDays. Took 5.5 months (averaging about 900/Month)

Habemus ova

About 15 months ago SWMBO decided that we needed some hens, so Pixie and Frou-frou appeared. Frou-frou stopped laying back in March. We were a bit concerned but she then began to look like a well-used feather duster and the back yard filled up with black feathers so she had obviously started her annual moult. Yesterday she laid her first egg in ages.

Pixie has barely stopped laying eggs, despite also showing signs of moulting in the last 2-3 weeks. Today was the first time in a month or more that neither of them produced.

Paul

P.S. UK readers might be able to work out why those names were chosen. Precisely one of our immediate friends and relatives got it without any prompting.
