"No toilet paper frightening, very very frightening me".

Part 1
The Drumf lip-syncing is fantastic!

Part 2
The lyrics, and the greatly increased clarity of the vocal part (and sub-titles) in this version are great enhancements. I had missed a lot before, and lyrics are usually my primary concern.

Couple of things got my attention.

Desperate times...
I had never discharged multifocal pneumonia before. Now I personally do it 12-15 times a shift. 2 weeks ago we were admitting anyone who needed supplemental oxygen. Now we are discharging with oxygen if the patient is comfortable and oxygenating above 92% on nasal cannula. We have contracted with a company that sends a paramedic to their home twice daily to check on them and record a pulse ox. We know many of these patients will bounce back but if it saves a bed for a day we have accomplished something. Obviously we are fearful some won't make it back.
Plaquenil is Hydroxychloroquine, which Il Duce had touted as a "magic drug" for COVID-19.
Plaquenil which has weak ACE2 blockade doesn't appear to be a savior of any kind in our patient population. Theoretically, it may have some prophylactic properties but so far it is difficult to see the benefit to our hospitalized patients, but we are using it and the studies will tell. With Plaquenil's potential QT prolongation and liver toxic effects (both particularly problematic in covid 19 patients), I am not longer selectively prescribing this medication as I stated on a previous post.
<google google>

QT prolongation is a measure of delayed ventricular repolarisation, which means the heart muscle takes longer than normal to recharge between beats.

Epoch Times is a biased media source. As is Breirbart.

kriesel 2020-04-01 16:20
Epoch Times is a biased media source. As is Breirbart.
The major American news networks are biased and deliberately misleading sources. This is documented by the party membership of the employees, their donation ratios, (92% left) and accurate fact checking. Examples of deceptive editing or reporting their biased opinion as fact abound. See for example the slanderously edited and incorrectly described footage of the Covington high school students by CNN and others and consequent large settlement of the lawsuit brought by Nick Sandmann against CNN. Their coverage was readily contradicted by obtaining independent videos taken at the scene, and fat-checking statements of Nathan Phillips revealing falsehoods. A high school newspaper could do better.

I learned early how dishonest the media could be. During college I was interviewed for a newspaper, in a left leaning community, and was asked the length of a component that was visible in front of us; the reporter asked if it was 7 feet long, while he had his notepad and pencil out. I immediately stated it was 3 feet long. The article was printed stating 7 feet. It's been a long time, but I don't recall them ever running a correction either. If they'll lie about a number handed them and easily checked, they'll lie about anything. The days of CBS, ABC, NBC, PBS reporting with integrity disappeared with Murrow, Reasoner, Cronkite.

The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine is a prestigious academic instution, comparable in reputation to, say, the Harvard School of Medicine.

This is what they have to say today.

If R0 is truly down to 0.62 and can be kept that way the number of cases should fall dramatically over the next two weeks.
