unable to browse for files in manage attachments
 

To update an attachment, I remove the old one in "Manage Attachments", then click "Browse...", select a file (or more than one), then click upload.
Remove worked just now, but nothing happens after clicking "Browse..."
Usually a browse window would appear where a file could be selected, or directories navigated. Not this morning. So for the time being, I cannot replace the removed attachment with the updated one.

I can not reproduce your issue.

I just replaced a bunch of files without any trouble, so I can't reproduce the failure either.
