This field gets printed when Gerbicz error checking is performed. In the first 2 examples (I did not check the others) you were double-checking a type-1 PRP residue with known factors. In this case, Gerbicz error checking cannot be used.

Ah, OK, I didn't notice those few cases were all type 1 residues.
