Taking 19441_53m1.

Can we get 30-40M more sp-Q for 230329301_29m1? There are about 100M duplicates, so building a matrix for it is very tough. Thanks.

Having corrupted file for 19441_53m1 when I unpack it. Can anyone see if you get the same issue?

Agreed, the relations file is bad. It doesn't unzip ("uncompress failed"), and attempting to run msieve with .gz file directly results in a hang somewhere after about 42M relations. |
My 13_2_869m file has the same problem. In my case, it happens at about 605M relations, so I should be able to build a lousy matrix or add a little sieving locally and be fine.
I wonder if the disk-full aftermath has fouled a few jobs; I think my task was around 605M relations before the disk-full snafu. |
Thank you Jon and Curtis. I wonder if all shown on “Est. Pending Rels” with negative values have bad relations.
|
The disk full error likely corrupted a few spots in the files. Relations added later may still be ok. To recover those, try using gzrecover to decompress the file.

It's not available for windows. Also Winrar cannot repair it neither 7-zip. |
