To both your questions: Yes, eBay. This is the first time I have had issues with anything I have gotten from them. Everything, until now, has been a domestic vendor. I bought the HP I have from a domestic in New Mexico. It runs quite well.


When I did a search for, "fake 1060," last night, I got many hits. I am trying to negotiate a return.
