It is... it's just not enabled by default. There's a registry setting to enable it.

Just use this handy utility:

It's primary function is to clean all the crap out of your registry, but it also has a 'tweak' section that includes a multitude of options, many of which are for adding stuff to the context menu.

Here is the result for Clowns expo. I finished off the bit level that was being run.

M3321929041 no factor from 2^67 to 2^68.

I found no facttors up to 69 bits. Continuing.
