Stress testing i5 2500k

There must be instructions on how to use Prime95 to stress test my CPU on this forum, but I do not see it anywhere. Could someone please give me a link to it...Thank you very much.

Try the options menu, "torture test".

Have a look at "stress.txt" in the Prime95 folder.
