It took 3 cores to max me out
3 cores: 67*3=201M p/sec
2 cores: 85*2=170M p/sec
1 core: 95M p/sec
Even then the card wasn't limited by TDP which was at about 50%. It wasn't willing to increase the voltage any further to allow the clock rate to be higher.
