After installing a development version from a git repository I found sopt library where it should have been. After that [code] /home/max/Desktop/cado-nfs/build/Phenom/polyselect/sopt -inputpolys /home/max/Desktop/cado-nfs/work/c140_1/raw.txt -sopteffort 1000 -v >> /home/max/Desktop/cado-nfs/work/c140_1/sopt.txt [/code]does what I wanted to do.
