C197_141_86

I'm starting ECM on C197_141_86 @B1=3e8. Any assistance appreciated as it will take me months to run a total of 35k curves! Thanks.

Starting 15360@3e8 on C190_147_80. ETA October 12th or so. This one is a definite GNFS number so I'll go to polynomial select if I don't find a factor.

fivemack 2016-09-26 07:32

12800@3e8 completed on C187_142_59, queued to NFS@home as an SNFS number.

First 2560@3e8 done on C190_147_80 with no factor; two weeks left to go

Would you like to carry on with polynomial selection while I do the rest of the ECM? If I find a factor you've wasted a bit of time but if I don't we can start GNFS immediately.

That's exactly what I am doing now. Any better polynomials will be posted here.

Sorry to make Max's polynomial search redundant; I make that the second-largest ECM factor from the project to date, and the first I've found to make the top twenty.

I will now join swellman with an initial 12800 curves at 3e8 on C197_141_86.
