Move 16
At first glance, Black's move is aimed at taking away our blocking knight on b5. So I think playing Na3 will help maintain the block against Black's rooks advancing. We have a week...
On second thoughts, maybe playing Bd2 helps us out. |
Bishop c1 to d2

On first look, I like Bd2. I will analyze further and post.

On further analysis, here are two lines I came up with using the two proposed moves:
16. Na3 Nc7 17. Be3 Bc8 18. Bg5 Nxb5 19. Nxb5 Nf6 20. Bd2 16. Bd2 Bxb5 17. axb5 Rxb5 18. Ra2 Bd4 19. Rb1 a4 20. Rxa4 Rxa4 21. Qxa4 The second line cleans house and we are up a bishop vs. a knight. Comments? |
I like your second line best. It leaves us commanding a lot of space still and dispells the Black double rook threat on the queens' side

Looks like Bd2 is better to me.
|
It appears we are unanimous for Bd2.
