After doing L4245A and starting L4245B, I'm reasonably convinced that 32/30 with a 250M relation target is about right for 235-difficulty quartic SNFS - these sieve fairly slowly but do not give large matrices, so oversieving is not worth it.
GNFS low-190s with 32-bit LP does seem to benefit from high relation counts; I'm doing one with 33-bit LP to see how that is different. As I've said elsewhere, what GNFS 19x really wants is 16e sieving. |

Also, you made rlambda 2.7, but mfbr 96, which means you aren't actually using 3LP on the r side for most of the Q-range (at higher Q, you might be since 2.7 lambda is sort-of-close to 3.0).
