I fairly good polynomial.

I've queued everything through post #490.
Next up: Sean's big set of XYYXF numbers from post #491 (thanks !), and William's numbers from post #492, with polys by Rich.

Is this a fit for the 15e queue, seeing how it is running dry?

fivemack 2016-04-26 13:00

I have put the C167 onto the 15e queue, it should be done pretty quickly.

We have been for some time in the annoying situation where it takes noticeably longer for an individual to ECM and polynomial-select a number than it does for the queue to devour the number; would it make sense to ask XYYXF to ask Yoyo to run ECM on a pile of SNFS-difficulty-270 numbers so we can stuff the queue a little?

Dubslow 2016-04-26 19:44

Cross posting, please do wait another day before queueing the C195 from 4788. Although my progress has been slow the last week or so, I ought to hit a reasonable break point in my CADO searching in the next ~24 hours.

[QUOTE=fivemack;432564]would it make sense to ask XYYXF to ask Yoyo to run ECM on a pile of SNFS-difficulty-270 numbers so we can stuff the queue a little?[/QUOTE]I've already asked yoyo to run t60 on a triple of GNFS C188's:
C188_132_125
C188_140_113
C188_149_78

There's also a septic for C300_141_133 which survived a helluva lot of ECM from Ryan:
(141[SUP]19[/SUP])[SUP]7[/SUP] + 133*(133[SUP]20[/SUP])[SUP]7[/SUP] = 2*C300

As for smaller SNFS, I'd suggest something like C260_126_125, C256_127_121, C257_128_111, but they all need t55.

swellman 2016-04-26 22:34

From the GNFS list there are C184_135_106 and C197_147_136. Both have survived a full t55 but need a bit more ECM.

And another monster first reserved by Ryan Propper last summer that sort of faded away.

C282_140_137

It's another septic which survived a lot of ECM by Ryan before he started sieving. At last word, he did manage to build a matrix. Some [url=http://www.mersenneforum.org/showpost.php?p=405188&postcount=206]wisdom from Batalov[/url] cautioning about the sqrt phase of a septic.

XYYXF 2016-05-01 23:26

34k@260M has been done for ะก188_132_125. Some polys were provided:

13^227-1 is ready.

I think this is suitable as a big 14e or as a small 15e
