Carlos: could you try again at a lower density, e.g. 95 ? 120 seems pretty high for a 30-bit LPs task.
The number of raw relations and duplicate ratio are alright, now and therefore the previous time as well. To me at least, there's no clear reason why you'd be hitting the filtering collapse caused by massive oversieving, which normally occurs (much) higher.
