Thanks for the heads-up! I'll take C175_130_86 then. |
C208_139_42 is:
p83 factor: 45831619772993771621436902009481460358214897190721836768086022318162905923744888227 p125 factor: 60098636156118680786421741283165998532642713242524057672634239848224633666919663276915208377552566218742348382597843387023083
|

I don't know where they came from. I first noticed it when sieving was entering the final phase for this number. (i.e., it wasn't me.) |
Not a first time.

Home Primes 2 C190
This C190 is failing to get past the filtering step:
memory use: 5120.9 MB keeping 130919195 ideals with weight <= 200, target excess is 621457 commencing in-memory singleton removal begin with 120472847 relations and 130919195 unique ideals reduce to 119810431 relations and 130256401 ideals in 24 passes max relations containing the same ideal: 200 filtering wants 1000000 more relations
There are currently 426,609,897 relations. Is there anything I can try to do to get past this, or does it need more relations? |

Even if it builds with a lower target density, a few million more relations would render the LA quicker anyways. |
Default target density. I must admit that I completely forgot to even try a higher density.

Lower density. Higher density is harder for a given relcount. |
Right. Your question just made me realize that I normally start out with TD=120 or 110, and I hadn't even done that.
To be clear about my answer, I'm running into the problem with the default density, not a higher one. |
IIRC, the default density for msieve is 70. If it won't build there, it's not going to build at TD=110 or 120. Can you build a matrix at TD=60? Not sure how low TD can go.
A few more relations probably wouldn't hurt but only Fivemack can help with that. |
