Just to let you all know that surgery was carried out around 8:30 London time, came back to room at 10:30. Tried to sleep but corridor is/was too noisy. Already pee twice, ate my lunch. Now hope within 2-4 hours to be discharge.

With regards to my body it's sore on the gallbladder location so they gave me some painkillers. First time I went to the toilet it was hurting a lot but second time much much less.

Tomorrow is Canada Day.

As usual, no one cares.

Thank you. On "D-Day" ~14,000 young Canadians stormed the beaches; many died.

My step-father was an engineer during this time. He went without sleep for three days building bridges.

Not only is it Canada Day here too ....

BUT

Daughter is getting married in our own backyard tomorrow.

Her own thought is: And I quote: "There will be fireworks every year on our wedding anniversary".
