Hm.. my quote there looks ugly, out of the context. And I just spotted a typo, "mode forum activity" should be "more forum activity". I was arguing to "someone's" suggestion that the threads should be wiped clean after the game ends, idea which I totally don't like, a lot of good stuff will be lost.

OTOH, what Raman does is quite childish, I would take it like a good joke. "Spying" on the number of posts on the adversary team? C'mon! What info does this show about the game? You don't need to be angry with him for this. He may have other sins (like posting analysis and private discussions on the public, before the game ends, for which I think he took a deserved ban!), but this "james bond" stuff is just a good joke... I used to behave similarly years ago when I was younger :razz:

Speaking for myself, I agree with you LaurV that spying on the number of the opposing team's posts is not catastrophic to the integrity of the game, just childish and needs to be stopped. And as far as I have seen, no-one has expressed particular anger about it either. But there was some concern that Raman might have done more than this and actually somehow seen the contents of the Toxic Geckos' private forum, which would of course have affected the integrity of the game. If this isn't the case, then I for one (again, speaking only for myself!) am perfectly happy to continue as before on the basis that the spying stops at once.

Assuming that post counts is all Raman is getting then I am not fussed on how we continue. I would prefer that the other team has enough players to give a good game(assuming he is helpful and they want him back). If they want to add another player as a replacement then that is fine as well. Basically, I want a friendly and competitive game of chess.

None of my teammates has expressed a desire to kick him off, so I guess we will continue.
