Thanks everyone,

I've run a memtest and did 3 hours of stress testing and that came up blank. I'll do a longer stress test when I get the chance and see how it goes.

Cheers,
Chris.

With current stock hw, an average DC in the 41M area runs around 1.6 days, give or take - so if you want to be on the safe side, plan a memtest/torture test around the same timeframe. Plus, keep doing DCs/TCs (= do not venture yet in first-time LL tests) until that specific machine has proven stable.

Just my 2 cents...
Ok, so it seems my computer returned a bad result. Not really sure what this means.

This is a new computer [...]

Does a bad result indicate a strong possibility of a problem with the hardware, or do they "just happen" from time to time?
If your computer has a skylake CPU (intel core 6th generation) then I recommend BIOS upgrade and/or also run CPU microcode update automatically on each reboot.

I've had 2 machines (i7-6700) which produced bad results still in June 2016, although their BIOS was upgraded a few months after the Skylake bug has been discovered. I have no more problems since I've had setup CPU microcode updates.

Sorry for Andy and Sid... Unfortunately we matched the other guy's residue from 2010...
Probably you had your suspicions when you asked for TC...

Quad check, anyone?

Anyone up for a quad check on M49832369?

DoubleCheck=49832369,72,1

I'm pretty sure mine will end up being correct, but I think quad checks are fun anyway.

1 new Computer (less than 6 months old) has had two BAD DC tests in the last month.
Both are recorded with Error Code = 000000.

Is that less problematic than a non-zero error code?

This is the PC that came with one 8GB RAM Card and one 4GB which I replaced with two 8GB Cards.

Fortunately as I'm whittling away the last of the outstanding triple-checks, I've found fewer and fewer where I mismatched both previous ones. I actually tried to find those first using my analysis, so it makes sense I'm not finding as many now.

I just snagged the rest of the available triple-checks, so we're caught up for now. By the time those finish I'm sure there will be more.

Speaking of, there are actually 4 more available, but I've already done one of the checks, so if someone wanted to do the triple-check?
