Such post boxes are a common sight in England.

I'm afraid I can't read the options which seem to be causing mirth.

But the resulting presorting e.g. "local/abroad"
or "first/second" class seems rather sensible in a large post box.

Rather like GPU TFers could be offered the choice between helping the
LL effort and finding factors just for the hell of it.

I don't think it's just knowledge of English, 'cause I don't get it either. (Let me guess: someone will explain it and I'll either go ":doh!: I can't [i]believe[/i] I didn't get that!", or "Heh?".)
