It seems like now HTTP POST request size was limited by Apache or PHP to ~15Kb.
That probably explains why I can't update sequence Red Kryptonite[sub]36[/sub]. It's currently at i575 with a 2^3*3*5 driver, but when I put the 500+ terms in, it doesn't work. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon, because it's really annoying having to put it in a few terms at a time (takes forever).

Yes, that's definitely what's not letting certificates through too.
I'd contacted Syd last night. He wrote that some updates were installed.
After updates, the website came back but indeed cert upload stopped working, which I'd let him know.
Have you told him about the broken status page? I've send an email saying he should check if a filesystem should be mounted on /tmp, but I've not received a reply so I'm not sure if it got through.

The status page is working, though without showing the "error-throwing" section about the workers. I guess, it'll come back once permissions/temp folders fixed.

Certificate upload is working, so the max request size is fixed (increased) enough too.

Hooray.
It only took 20 days
Taking all PRPs under 4000 digits.

First 1k PRPs done, the last ~150 are in process. Should be done in a few hours.

Syd replied that he found the problem and fixed it.
It was a problem that affected more that just cert uploads - it can help many other functions operate better now, like the aliquot page housekeeping.

I guess I broke the DB.

I can´t upload any factors. Also check this out.

Same problem here.

Batalov 2018-11-28 00:34

Same. 'Could not connect to database'

Earlier today, the factorDB worked but only http://factordb.com/uploadcert.php was responding 'Temporarily disabled'.

DukeBG 2018-11-28 09:11

Here's hope that this would resolve quickly and not take weeks. I wonder if it's mysql breaking by itself or Syd taking it down for whatever reason.
