You are slightly exaggerating: Linux is 315 FPS while Windows is 303.4 FPS :smile: OTOH what is interesting is that OpenGL is faster than D3D (303.4 vs 270.6). |

Yes, but as you point out, that 303.4 is Windows/OGL, not Windows/D3D, which is where I claimed the pants-kicking was. :razz: Linux/OGL vs. Windows/OGL is slightly less of a win, but a win none the less. |
Yes. My experience with an old computational project that was only available on Windows as a command-line executable (Xavier Gourdon pi(x)) is that running it through Wine was slightly faster that running on Windows.
