Posts in limbo

In some threads in the Aliquot Sequences forum, there seem to be posts that are in "limbo" - they are clearly there as there is a "last page" of each of the threads, and the posts can be accessed by searching, but the "last page" is impossible to get to. There has been a bit of discussion about this issue in this thread.
Is this a bug in the forum software?

Does it work better now?

10metreh 2011-10-29 08:31

Yes, it does. Thanks!

Same thing again, in this thread. Please could the gerbils fix it again?

And now I've done it.

Could you please fix my mess? (In the latter, note the URL and note what page it arrives on. Same old mess as before.)

I used the "move posts", not the "merge posts" button; after I hit the button, it crunched for a good 60 seconds, then came back with "You did not select any posts to which the action you picked can be applied" -- but clearly something happened, albeit something wrong. Should I be using "merge posts" in the future?
