Yep, that's it. Create a file called yafu.ini with your favorite text editor and copy that line into it. Save and close.
A couple other lines are required in the file if you want to run with multiple cores. Let me know if that's the case I can help. |

Pentium D's have two cores, so you could run with 2 threads. Not sure what this will do to the system's responsiveness tho.
Your yafu.ini file should look like this:
ggnfs_dir=..\ggnfs_bin threads=2 ecm_path=.\ecm.exe
By the way, you have a 64 bit capable CPU and operating system, so you'll benefit a lot by making sure that your ecm.exe is a 64 bit version. For large siqs jobs you'll also benefit a lot by using yafu-32k-x64.exe rather than the yafu-64k-Win32.exe version you're using now. |

Make what incompatible with the rest of what? You said you were running 64 bit Win7 right? So you can run either 64 or 32 bit applications no problem. |

I don't think about that much , upgraded yafu, not sure how to get everything else perfect ( I mean I know the mklasson link ( bookmarked) but I can't be sure of which ones will work best I'm guessing core 2 but not sure). |

Don't worry about the ggnfs binaries. The 32 bit ones are actually better on windows. The only other thing to get is 64 bit ecm. this one is an easy option. |

The warnings are just because aliqueit.log has two sets of the minor factors now and the second time through, aliqueit is trying to use the second set on the cofactor that was left after using the first set. I hope that made sense. |
