Of course, today is not the day World War II ended. The woman clearly didn't enjoy being kissed by a drunken sailor. But she also recognized that it wasn't especially sexual. As she put it, "It wasn't much of a kiss." |

Fine, fine actor, whose range is captured by contrasting e.g. the Australian-produced [i]The Last Days of Chez Nous[/i] with his by-now-immortal performance in [i]Der Untergang[/i]. It would be interesting to see a count of how many YouTube riff videos have been made based on the famous "Es bleiben..." epic-rant scene in the latter movie. |
