S128/S512
I have completed these to the 900K/700K and am releasing. No prime was found. Very disappointing. I know it was a long shot, but these were the largest numbers I've ever tested and required a lot of resources.
I have raised the search limit for this pair to 1029K/800K. No prime was found. |
will work a bit on S126

Do you have results (residues)? Do you plan to test further? |
Yes, Proth residues.
I have planned to stop at 7.7M limit in base 2. (This would be 1.1M for S128 and 855555 for S512.) I will email the residues when I will reach this limit. |

S128/S512
Well, it's done and nothing came out. I will email the residues today.
I'll run up to 8.19M (which is the "even" 1.17M/0.91M limit for S128/S512) -- the FFT size seems to stay the same and these are about 15hrs apiece. Will stop at the next FFT size breakpoint (which 8.97M)... Will try to run until n<=9M |

You said you'll "run up to" 8.19M and then later you said you will "stop at the next FFT" at n=8.97M and then even later you said you would "try to run" to n=9M base 2. lol So which is it? I'll assume 9M base 2 for now, which means I'll keep it reserved for you to n=1.2857M base 128 and n=1M base 512. Let me know if different. |
