help with 26.2
 

I upgraded to 26.2 and it didn't give me credit for my exponent I was told to send it manually which I did and all was fine. I figured it was because I upgraded to 26.2 in the middle of a ll test, but when I didn't get credit for the next one and try and to send it manually it said someone already sent it. I realized that some how when I upgraded it blanked out my user name so it was sent up as ananomus I belive I have fixed that but how do I now get credit for the number I ran. Please help
