I'd say the next major TF milestone is everything above 18M to 2^66.
For GPU72, I'd say the next LLTF milestone is everything in the 61M range to 2^73 and DCTF the 31M range to 2^70.

Man, I could kill for a Tesla K20X workstation...
I would guess that most serious LL-testers would not find doing an adequate P-1 beforehand too much of a hardship.
But many don't have their configs set up with enough memory to do an optimal job of P-1. A smaller subset (but not insignificant) don't even do any P-1 at all.
Also, unfortunately, the aggregate (both GPU72's and the standard Primenet) P-1 effort is not keeping ahead of the LL wave, so a few candidates are assigned without P-1 done. This means several candidates are getting sub-optimal or no P-1 effort before the LL test.

Wow...this is surprising considering GPU72 has done almost 57,000 P-1's already...mind you, some would have been done with or without GPU72 but I'm sure not near as many.

Hell, I'd take a Fermi. If I had a spare $5K, I'd build one. Maybe all of us on the forum should buy in and build one, and own fractional shares (like a timeshare vacation home).

Over two years ago, when I bought my first computer with a high-end graphics card, I was contributing to SETI as a member of the "GPU Users Group". This group collected significant contributions from its members and purchased and delivered a large high-powered server to SETI in Berkeley, California.

I recently (not sure exactly, wasn't watching closely) passed 100,000 GHz-days overall. (These are GPU72 results.) The vast majority of that (~94 THz-days) is in GPU LLTF. However, I am pleased to say that I have completed 898 P-1's--almost 2.9 THz-days. Thanks to mfaktc 2.0, I am now running 6x P-1 full time. Thanks to some recent mfaktc config tips from other users, the system is quite responsive as well.

NOTE: I stated the overall number in the first sentence as GHz-days so that I could mention that our 2000 Honda Accord is just shy of 100,000 miles. I hope to see many more on both accounts.

Also-
365 day on GIMPS:
TF- 19th
P-1- 41st
Total -25th

Lifetime GIMPS:
TF- 26th
P-1- 74th
Total- 63rd
