I *imagine* below 10k will have "special attention" paid to it, leaving us with 990k for this project. Does anyone have a way to generate a pminus1= format worktodo.txt for exp<1M and B1<10M without all the hassle of manually typing it?

Question...

"Countdown to testing all exponents below M(42643801) once: 29"

Does that include or exclude suspect tests?

I believe that below means those less than. Also, M46 or M47 has already been tested 3 or 4 times.

??
What does that have to do with anything?

My question was, does that 29 include expos who have had a suspect test but no non-suspect test?

My guess would be "exclude". I don't think suspect (or bad) tests count.

Yes, that's how I've always understood it too. Remembering, of course, that not all tests with a non-zero error code are considered suspect or bad.

Challenge...
Yep. More precisely, 17,999, at 18:23 UTC.
But clearing them all will be a REALLY tough job (if ever undertaken...)
Accepted! "P-1 found a factor in stage #2, B1=10000000, B2=250000000, E=12.
UID: c10ck3r/mydell, M995791 has a factor: 8357700081329523357104974567"
92.7552 bits
k=3*11*1747*12739*232129*24615973
Running P-1 from 995k-1M at these bounds.

Sigh... it's that same poacher...

PS George, since there's only 35 left total untested expos below known primes, would it be possible to program PrimeNet not to reassign them if/when they become available so that you can hand them out to chalsall, who might in turn pass them out to me/petrw1/bcp19/garo/flash etc. etc. for a quick finish? Any two of us could finish them in two months flat were they not already assigned.

(PPS That lowest 38M is supposed to be done in 5 days...)
