KingKurly or a Mod, please mask the Res64 in KingKurly's post. (We always try to discourage potential "credit fraud" by masking residues...)
I'm aware of the need to mask the Res64 on the initial LL, but once the double-check is completed, the project page itself will "expose" the Res64: http://mersenne.org/report_exponent/?exp_lo=23798107

Don't worry, I did think before posting.

A little milestone

July 18, 2011: All exponents below 38 million have been tested at least once.

13 Apr 11: 142 = 1 + 57 + 84
18 Apr 11: 136 = 1 + 56 + 79
21 Apr 11: 130 = 1 + 52 + 77
27 Apr 11: 124 = 51 + 73
03 May 11: 114 = 45 + 69
14 May 11: 100 = 39 + 61
16 Jun 11: 69 = 30 + 39
29 Jun 11: 55 = 21 + 34
11 Jul 11: 49 = 18 + 31
21 Jul 11: 42 = 16 + 26

As of today, GIMPS is 42 LL tests from proving
all mersenne prime exponents < 24000000 have been found,
and are 40 in number.

At .7 LL per day, estimsted reach-date is Sept 19 2011.
Based on rate fluctuations, I expect some other date for the resolution.

There were 304 on 2011-01-23 and 33 on 2011-07-30. That is a linear clearing rate of (304-33)/188 = 1.44/day. 304/1.44 = 211 days, which from 2011-01-23, gives a milestone date of 2011-08-22.

September 1st probably isn't a bad guess...
