It has become quite apparent that this undertaking is way too much, SO.

The following bases are released without any work being done:
S406 S428 S458 S461 S467 S476 S480 S492

The following bases will be tested to only 200K:
R401 R402 R412 R416 R425 R433 R470 R492 R493
S401 S402 S406 S409 S414 S416 S417 S426 S436 S450 S492

Several inconsistencies here with some assumptions:

1. S406 is already at n=200K. I assume that you are releasing it. You state that you are both releasing it and testing it to n=200K. :-)
2. S492 is at n=100K. I assume that you will be testing it. Once again, you state that you are both releasing it and testing it to n=200K.
3. S497 is at n=200K and you had it previously reserved. I assume that you are releasing it. You did not show it in your list here.
