Are you done with that base or are you still working on it?

I'm working on it.

Reserving S446 and S452 to n=50K.

Mathew 2013-01-17 21:11

S338 and B342 are complete to n=50K

Primes found:
83*338^28199+1
82*338^35952+1
13*338^37612+1

244*342^29020-1
69*342^32956-1
25*342^35729-1

412*342^39987+1
237*342^41199+1
I would like to reserve R352, S360, and S430 to n=50K

gd_barnes 2013-01-19 19:31

S446 and S452 are complete to n=50K; no primes were found for n=25K-50K; 9 k's remain on both bases; both bases are released.

I found it odd that there were no primes for 18 k's for n=25K-50K so I checked the odds of prime spreadsheet and found that expected was only ~2.6 primes total for these 2 bases combined due to their collective low weight...so not particularly unusual.

Did you use my latest version? It gives probabilities of finding a certain number of primes and the number of ks removed. It assumes all ks have the same weight.

No I used mine. Since there were no primes found, it would not have made any difference.
