Hmmm, that sounds suspicious. I seem to remember someone else claiming they were on holiday hiking in the mountains around there when they were actually flying off to Argentina to meet a mistress. Call the press! :smile: |

Sort of...
They're kind of only the highest peaks east of the Mississippi River. The highest point in N. C. is almost 6700 feet up. It's amazing what a large east-west axis will do for the topography of a state; you get a little bit of everything.
