Raindrop-sized lumps of solid aluminum? Yeah, that would hurt.
It would depend upon their velocity. Which in turn would depend upon the atmospheric density, and the height they originate from.

It would also depend on ambient temperature. There are lots of planets where Al would be either liquid or gaseous.
Raindrop-sized lumps of solid aluminum? Yeah, that would hurt. If it were hot enough to be raining molten aluminum, it wouldn't hurt. You'd already be thoroughly cooked.
Not necessarily. You could be wearing suitable protective clothing.

It is not too difficult to design a suit which can withstand 1000K on the outside and present 300K on the inside. The problem is that it would be very expensive to implement.

Hint: refrigerators which have T_internal ~= 0.3 T_external are in widespread use and are relatively inexpensive, largely because they are in widespread use.

There is no shortage of structural materials which are solid at significantly greater than 1000K. Ditto lubricants which are liquid at that temperature and working fluids which have boiling points between 250K and 1000K. Most, if not all, electronics other than passive components, would be on the cold side of the refrigerator.

Walking around on Venus or the sunny side of Mercury is undoubtedly possible with current technology. It is just too expensive for the time being.

I suddenly recalled the 2019 case in this post, in which a man at a rodeo in Montana was accused of grabbing a 13-YO boy by the throat, picking him up, and slamming him to the ground, leaving the boy bleeding from the ears, and with a fractured skull.

Checking turned up a news item dated September 25, 2020, indicating the accused has copped a plea and walked.

Superior man pleads guilty to assaulting teen at county fair
Curt James Brockway, 40, entered a guilty plea to one count of criminal endangerment Wednesday in Mineral County District Court.

Brockway, through his attorney, Lance Patrick, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of criminal endangerment in front of District Judge John W. Larson and Mineral County Attorney Ellen Donohue. Brockway was originally charged with assault on a minor.

Brockway received a 10-year suspended sentence. It will run consecutively to a 10-year suspended sentence Brockway received in 2010 after he pleaded guilty to assault with a weapon.

Brockway was released from GPS monitoring and house arrest. He was ordered to pay restitution of $2,344.46, and was given credit for serving 330 days of house arrest. As part of Brockway’s probation, he will live on his parents’ property.

Brockway must actively participate in all therapeutic and medical therapies approved through the Veterans Administration. He is also required to pay for any and all out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the victim and his family regarding medical treatment the youth received in connection with the incident. He is also not permitted to be employed in an area that includes the supervision of children.
