Two examples:

my DSL internet is out yet again. (these bytes transported by cellphone tether)
A roofing company that hasn't finished fixing the plethora of issues with a straightforward tearoff and reroof after 10 months. They claim this job is the one exception to their excellent work. The list of issues is too long and tedious to post here.
