When I reserved this sequence it had the downdriver. This went down to 69 digits, and the 2^3 * 3 driver took the sequence back up to 100, where it finally escaped. The c91 is almost ready to be sieved.

dont worry about 707430
A lot of us have experienced a sequence staying at vaguely the same number of digits for ages(the one that annoyed me most was taking several weeks to get from 114-117 or something similar).

I guess you didn't notice that it also has a factor of 7. So it's not the 2^2 downguide, it's the 2^2*7 perfect number driver. The extra (though quite unstable) factors of 3, 5, and 7 also make it grow much quicker than it otherwise would.
