The following coefficients for 11,10,233-, produced by SNFSpoly.html, look pretty good, right ?
10*x^6-11 10^39*x-11^39
Corresponding .poly file:
# 11,10,233- n: 563788748610181854108635403310863021294754128240856443653366882872134452100940243547576544980066991761890886807322851868460082164368829152232931879308719396847978647085367968351873483 deg: 6 c6: 10 c0: -11 Y1: 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000 Y0: 41144777789250865278081232758997200423491 skew: 1 type: snfs lss: 1 rlim: 134217727 alim: 134217727 lpbr: 31 lpba: 31 mfbr: 62 mfba: 62 rlambda: 2.6 alambda: 2.6
The yield and speed are decent for a 31-bit LPs task of that difficulty sieved with 14e. |
F1153
I'll take F1153. It should get started processing tomorrow morning.
10*x^6-11 10^39*x-11^39

Yes, they look good. In the poly file, Y0 should be negative. But to my surprise it doesn't seem to matter. I guess the code just assumes it's negative either way? |
No, the resultant is still the same (+-Y0, no matter).
It wouldn't have been the case, if degree was odd. For even degree, yeah, I've seen this used a few times already. |
F1153
Two copies of F1153. Just under a week (163 hr) for LA.
|
I'm still progressing on SF1229 (LA ETA ~222 hours) and I really would like to test L1797 because the latter is very oversieved and I am interested to see how msieve will behave.
|
F1261
I'll take F1261 and (hopefully) get it started tomorrow.
|
I had to reboot the machine and decided to re-start SF1229 on 4 threads. LA went down from 173 hours to 119 hours!!!! Laptop is an Intel® Core™ i7-3630QM.
Carlos Edit: Another reboot and now LA is at 126 hours with 4 threads. |
I just lost my ubuntu installation while trying to install ATI drivers. I am trying hard to recover the SF1229 files....

Lost everthing so I am going back to Windows. Going to take the laptop to the university so they can break the windows 8 thing because after 3-4 Ubuntu installations I couldn't manage to boot Ubuntu. So I will not have any computer available to re-start SF1229 in the next few days. Carlos |
Oversignt?

L1193 seems to be missing from the entries on http://mersennus.net/fibonacci/status2000.html Is this an oversight or has this number been finished? |
