After numerous filtering attenots, I had to take target_density down to 80 before it would build a matrix. TD=84 failed.
It's running now. ETA 161 hrs.

I do wonder whether 31-bit large primes might be sensible for these SNFS-240 numbers; we're having to sieve a long way at rather low yields and rather high duplication rates to get rather large matrices.
