My 2007 paper in J. Math. Cryptology went through several similar circumstances. |

I don't do Flash plugins (why allow advertisers to bypass my popup blocker and image/animation-disable settings with their flash apps?) ... does the content really need the multimedia jazz, or is it basically text?

I was a bit perplexed with this presentation method (why did they post it like this?), but no, you don't have to do the "flash"-y thing. google will find you a PDF or two. There's some very last portion missing though -- from all PDFs that I've seen. And it seems to be one of the best parts.
