Thanks for sharing, I would caution against placing too much faith in meta-studies, even the vaunted Cochranes. They are notoriously wrong most of the time. (of course there's also reasons to doubt the drug company's honesty also) The fact remains that the largest and best studies show efficacy for these drugs and meta-studies give tend to give equal weight to smaller less robust studies.

We have no reasoning from Cochrane why they chose to ignore over half the studies available, picking and choosing which to include. (indeed I couldn't find this exact study referenced on the CR website--I did find plenty of other studies that have shown efficacy of the drugs.)
