I think the Utah woman is real. My first clue that it might be real is that it's A WOMAN FROM UTAH in the video. If you replace Utah with Arkansas, Alabama, or Louisiana, I'd come to the same conclusion. Oddly enough, I'd believe it for Washington D.C. as well, which is our nation's capitol.

OK, research project: Find out where, on road signs, the speed limit (usually posted in my area as just "Speed limit 45" (*&@%$!, it's 55 without the sign! - :smile:) actually gets connected with the definition, spelled out, "Miles Per Hour".

Yes, it's commonly understood (at least in the Middle US). My bet is that you have to at least read a driver's manual....and that in some states, such as Utah, that may not even do the job.
