Can't log in
 

I've set up an account and am ranked on the producers list. Unfortunately, I can't log into my account. I've tried and it always tells me that I've entered the wrong password. When I ask it to send the password to my email address, it says that my password has been emailed, but I never get an email. I've checked my spam folder, too.

Since the system isn't sending me my password, is there anyone I can email or contact to do that for me?

Make sure that you are using your right userid and check any other e-mail address that you may have used.

Also, calmly review what you may have chosen as userid when you registered. Maybe it wasn't what you've been thinking it was? (Same, for password)
