I believe the mergee is out of date on the page as well. The last several lines have all been created in the last ~24 hours or so, so it remains to be seen how this clears up.

I don't think 1139640 "officially" merges. It "combines" with a higher sequence < 10M (4392320 or 6109600) that had already been searched to 100 digits. So technically those higher sequences merged with 1139640.

So I believe 1139640 still needs to be searched.

Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm still trying to fully understand some of the merges.

That is certainly possible, and it has happened before, a few months ago or so. Kind of impossible to know I think in the meantime. Either the lower merge will appear within the week, or else that.
