Starting from ugly2dog's list, yes. Starting from worse-than-scratch, no.

Well, from some reason the scripts can not detect those merges, and the blue list is heavy ballasted with uninteresting sequences over a million...

As mentioned in the other thread, it will take time for the new sequences to settle down. Eventually merges and terminations will be detected as usual for all the new sequences and old sequences combined.
