This was not picked up by the merging elves, we think, as we were waiting for a while for the number of sequences to decrease, i.e. to end in 8, but it is still ending in 9... Filtering the list for 7703 shows that indeed they were read at least few times since the merge happened, and they end with the same C133, etc. but the merge was not recorded. Dubslow? |
The [c]alimerge[/c] script that's part of the folder of related scripts (on GitHub) detects the merge just fine based on the latest data file.
bill@Gravemind ~/mfaliquot/scripts $ ./alimerge.py 19:46:57 Merge finder starting 19:46:57 951060 seems to have merged with 398376 19:46:58 alimerge email failed 19:46:58 Merge finder finished
Whether or not any human paid attention is a different question. (I have no idea if ChristianB has configured the email option to work.) |
Yes we get the email internaly. But in the last case it was earlier detected here in the forum.

Perhaps he's asking why both numbers appear in the status page data then? |
Because I do not know where to remove the number. Hadn't time so far to analyse the scripts.

ChristianB should know how, but at any rate on line 44 of allseq.py is a line that looks something like `drop = [...]` where the `...` is comma separated sequences to be no longer tracked. Include 951060 somewhere on that list and save the file -- next update it will be dropped. At some later time it may be removed from the drop list (since dropping is a one time permanent action). |
372402 seems to have merged with 354620
