461430 terminates after 2623 terms. Max height is 100 digits at term 1882.
Wow, if you keep churning through the 400s as fast as you have been, that means we will be able to fill in everything under 1M on our own....awesome work!

Thanks! I'm moving along... should be done later this week I think. Here's another one, which the DB workers would have finished off pretty quickly if I hadn't gotten to it:

471540 terminates after 2177 terms. Max height is 84 digits at term 492.

And another from the 400k range -- this is a good weekend for me!

466560 terminates after 2907 terms. Max height is 97 digits at term 945.

Was this work distribution map thrown out of the window then?
I somehow always thought that 97 < 100, 84 < 100...

I've been extending the sequences from 400k-500k to 100 digits based on the discussion in this thread.

Good luck and my congratulations for terminating several sequences.

I've done a scrub of shickel's latest AllSeq.txt file and I think I found a few more merges and one omission:

360522.3167 merges with 66144.8
431424.1853 merges with 5208.9
431472 is missing
442580.1119 merges with 427600.0
453516.1196 merges with 11408.10
472836.2284 merges with 32064.173

The last one (472836) I found yesterday -- it grows to 99 digits before decreasing all the way back down to 6. But the other 400k ones aren't in my logs anywhere. Maybe with all the DB scanning folks have been doing recently, the workers pushed them forward.

I figured there might be some more in there, but spot checking by hand wasn't going to cut it. I was planning on trying to get something automated going this week, but you let me avoid having to do that.

The other mods seem not to pay much attention to that post, and I think I'm the only one who regularly updates it. However, as I mysteriously lost my mod status in September and just as mysteriously got it back only a few days ago, I couldn't change that post.

(I bet you all check here first!)

Had you going for a second, didn't I? This is just a reminder that there's only one week left if you want to get in any last-minute terminations for the year
