Firstly, we mods do make mistakes and fail to update threads occasionally.

Secondly, posting in the status updates thread is optional; just post any updates you want to post there.
Sorry, I meant no ill feelings and had not considered you mods as having made any mistakes; rather perhaps an oversight or mispost by myself and a wish to convey that I had decided to halt my work on thse numbers, in case someone else was interested.

To the contrary, I'm quite apreciative for all the help in working to diminish my ignorance in these areas.

Sincerely,
Ed

Oops, I didn't notice I need to post releases here. I have been running subproject #3. When I said "done" I meant I was finished running the sequence. So these are my updates.

751170; 2^4 * 31
751908; 2^4 * 31
757792; 2^2 * 7
760116; 2^2 * 7
760182; 2^2 * 7
760344; 2^3 * 3
761748; 2^3 * 3 * 5

(other small factors omitted - only showing drivers)

We don't count releases from the subprojects in here - only ones which have been continued after they were finished for the subproject (normally because they didn't have a driver) and releases from the main project.

Giving up on 244062, it's running away at size 126, i1362, 2[sup]3[/sup] * 3 * 5 * 23 * 1091 * p11 * c110 - full Aliqueit ECM completed.

Andi47 2010-04-26 04:56

unreserving 10212 - size 142, step 2310, stuck in the DB at step 2309 with the "57"-bug. The last step has had no ECM at all.

richs 2010-05-03 17:57

Unreserving 829332. It meandered around quite a bit, but now has grown too big for my resources. It's currently 2^2 * 3^2 and the final C106 is fully ECMed.

Andi47 2010-05-07 15:27

Done ~940@1e6, 1830@3e6 and p-1 with B1=1e9, B2=1e15 on the c129 cofactor, so it's almost ready for GNFS.

1 Attachment(s)
Releasing 763668. It has picked up the 2^2*7 driver and is at 119 digits.

It is broken in the db so I attached the zipped elf file.
ecm has not been run very far on the c118.

Greebley 2010-06-21 16:41

Also releasing 791220, It is up to index 5164! Not sure if that makes the longest list.

I stopped at 122 digits, with driver 2^2*7 times an additional 3^2 to drive it up faster.

EdH 2010-07-04 19:57

releasing 216840: size 120, i4937, 2 * 3[sup]2[/sup] * 383271853 * 8166970067 * c100 (full ECM)

I would have taken it to 125 digits had there been any excitement, but this sequence has been the most boring I can remember. I have only run a couple hundred lines, but looking at the indices, it has been steadily climbing since i4200 (39 digits), without any hint of deviation from its upward pace.

Greebley 2010-07-09 14:56

Releasing 803236, 124 digits with 2^3^3*7. 2^3*3 is probably the weakest driver, but there is a 122 digit cofactor (only lightly ecm'd), and I am working on enough sequences at the moment.

Greebley 2010-07-09 15:03

Also releasing 823134, 117 Digits, with 2^3*3*5 driver that it just picked up.

Batalov 2010-07-18 20:38

Releasing 81882 (3466. 2 * 3 C122 sz 142)

Greebley 2010-08-02 15:15

I am releasing 32280.

EdH 2010-08-03 15:09

257184 is released. After a downdriver run from 122 digits to 85, it picked up an extra 2 and a 7. It recently kicked up its pace with the addition of both a 3 and a 5 (now a second 5).

It's currently at size 126, i2127, 2[sup]2[/sup] * 3 * 5[sup]2[/sup] * 7 * 139 * prp19 * c102. The c102 has had a full course of ECM, via aliqueit.

Greebley 2010-08-12 16:27

Releasing 511734, 116 digits at index 791. It picked up the 2^2*7 driver.
Releasing 709420, 125 digits at index 2141. It picked up the 2*3 driver.

Greebley 2010-08-17 13:54

Releasing sequence 14994. Someone else wants to work on it and I have plenty of other over 120 digit seqs (in fact things have gotten pretty slow).
Releasing sequence 14994. Someone else wants to work on it and I have plenty of other over 120 digit seqs (in fact things have gotten pretty slow).
Releasing 14994 on behalf of Clifford. I don't think he's uploaded the work yet, but 5 lines after picking it up, it mutated to 2^2 * 7.

schickel 2010-11-06 06:42

My thought on this thread is that it's not really needed anymore. I started this mainly to track releases before the existence of the DB so that people could see the extant progress on any sequence that might have been worked to a higher level than could be found at the various sites around the net.

What say ye?
